RETURN POLICY

Planted LA gladly accepts returns within 15 days of your shipment delivery date.

If you would like to initiate a return, please email us with your return information and your 4 digit order number at info@plantedlosangeles.com to get your return started.

Please do not ship anything back without reaching out to us first and getting a confirmation.

All Sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for Returns, Exchanges or Refunds.

RETURN INFORMATION

All returns are subject to the following rules:

1. Returned products must be shipped within 15 days from when the order was delivered.

2. Products must be unworn and unused and must still have any tags on it. All products must be returned in the original packaging. 

3. Shipping fees for all orders are non-refundable 

4. Return labels are not provided by Planted LA unless fulfilling a product warranty (your product showed up damaged or you received the wrong product).

5. If emailing about a product malfunction, please include a photo or video, reason for the malfunction, and order number 

6. Any product that is returned, and doesn’t fit these standards, will not be accepted and you will not be refunded.

7. All Sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

8. Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the original payment method.

PLEASE NOTE

Please note, we do not take any responsibility for lost, missing or stolen packages that show successful delivery to the original order address. No refunds/ returns will be accepted for lost, stolen or missing packages.
